Guest table by the Rhône in an exceptional setting offering a natural local cooking based on wild fish.
Jean-Bernard Buisson is a professional fisherman at the Lac du Bourget and Haut-Rhône. There is a beautiful heated terrace, with a splendid view on the Rhône.
Specialties: fried roach fish, white fish, perch fillets, crayfish, pike quenelles.
Outside terrace. Heated room in winter.
Screen, mic, video projector and control room for meetings or evening performances. Theme nights: naturalist and travel meetings.
New room and balcony extension. Heating system.

Meal between 28 to 33€, children 18€): perch fillet, frying, white fish and fish of the day.
Meals on Friday evening, Saturday mdi and Saturday evening as well as Sunday noon on reservation. Also possible on weekdays for groups of more than 5 people.
